Days 1–2

Scope and content

We agree the page list, the features and the deadline in writing, and you send whatever copy and images you already have. This is the stage that decides whether the project runs on time.

Days 3–4

Design

You see the home page and one inner page as a design before a line of code is written. Changes here cost nothing; changes after the build cost time.

Days 5–8

Build

Development on a staging link you can open any time. Forms wired to email and WhatsApp, speed handled as we go rather than bolted on at the end.

Launch

What we will not do

Lock you in

No proprietary builder only we can edit, no hosting you cannot leave, no monthly fee to keep your own site online.

Sell you a rebuild you do not need

If the audit says your current site is worth repairing, we quote the repair. It is a smaller invoice and we say so anyway.

Launch without tracking

A site with no analytics cannot be improved and cannot be judged. We will not hand one over.

Questions worth asking

Do I have to use WordPress?

No. We use it for most projects because it is the cheapest thing for a client to maintain. Shopify and fully custom builds are on the table when the project needs them.

Can you fix what I already have?

Often that is the cheaper answer. Run the free audit first — if the foundation is sound we quote the repair rather than a rebuild.

What if I need changes later?

Small edits you can do yourself, which is the point of the training video. For bigger work, you are quoted per job. No retainer unless you want one.

What happens if the scope changes?

We tell you before doing the work, with what it adds to the price and the timeline. Never after, and never on the final invoice.
